Ebay Managed Payment Payout Problem

I received an email this morning from eBay informing me that my latest payout did not go through successfully.  Basically, this is what the message said..."we ran into a problem with your bank account. Please check to see if the bank account information you entered is correct or contact your bank for details."  My information has not changed at all.  Two days ago eBay was able to successfully sent my bank a payout and absolutely nothing has changed since then.  I spoke with my bank and they have not seen anything from eBay or any indication of an issue.

 

I contacted eBay over 2 hours ago and queued up for a callback but it's been 90 minutes since that was supposed to occur.  Anyone else having issues like this?
