Ebay Listing Promotion option not showing?

Hii, I am curently selling on eBay and when i go for list an item then i want to make a promotion listing.
So i can get more reach on my item and sell it faster.
But there is no option of promote listing on my eBay account. 
Please help....

If you are eligible to promote your listings, that option is toward the bottom of the listing form:

Yes i know it looks like this but there is no option like that

How can i be eligible to promote my listinngs?

I suggest going to your Seller Metrics and check to make sure you are an above standard seller.  If you dropped to below standard, I believe you will not be able to promote your listings.

I got the point of not getting this option.  Coz i am a new seller and got low  sales than 20 

that is why i am not be elligible to promote my listings
