Ebay EIS what shipping occurs after the HUB?

What form of shipping does ebay use when shipping from their HUB in Illinois to say Canada? Just Canadian post office? Can a buyer choose FEDEX? ALways wondered if a buyer has a choice for expedited shipping or just stuck with same old shipping.

If you are using the International Shipping Service then the buyer has no control over what shipping services the program uses.  Unfortunately, we have no knowledge of who eBay contracts with in each country for shipping to the buyer.  It will vary depending on the country.

can I opt out of EIS for one item in my listings? I have tried so hard to figure out how and I just cant figure it out
