I purchased a trailer through Ebay Moters VPP and paid with eBay cards as requested by the seller jen04@gmail.com.
Through the VPP program the seller told me the insurance would be free. Paid up front and expected to be reimbursed.
the seller Jen4@gmail.com never replied to my emails after that. No 2002 Scamp Trailer, no contact for a refund. Just a bunch of receipts for payment. Has anyone used eBay motors with a similar problem? It has been 8days and I am still waiting.
