EBAY standard envelope FAILs to US Territories! FIX IT!!!!

The Standard EBAY envelope option for coins and card will not allow me to ship to US Territories. I get an ERROR when buying the label with no explanation.  THIS HAS BEEN AN ISSUE FOR YEARS!!

I have to spend at least $4 more for Ground label.... If I CAN'T ship to a location then there should be a shipping charge increase to the customer TO COVER THE COST! 

Puerto Rico, Guam, etc....

Have you tried using a rate table instead of entering the shipping directly into your listing?  I’ve never seen anyone post about this working or not working with the standard envelope, but since it is a regular standard service it should work.

If you don’t get enough orders from protectorates to use rate tables,  exclude those locations from your shipping locations.  https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf

These may not be what you consider ideal solutions, but it is a way to deal with the issue.  I assume if the exclusion of protectorates was not intentional, they would have changed it by now.

I setup a rate table for those locations. We will see how it works. The issues still needs to be fixed by eBay.
