Double transaction fee

I am charged two different fees for transaction 20-11360-67018

how do I get this resolved?

So that item sold for 165.45 with shipping + tax right?   One fee should be there for roughly 24 bucks.  Any other fees that you may have gotten could be due to promoting the item?  Did you do a promote of your listing?  Did this sell to a buyer in a different country and there was a transaction fee for the purchase?
