I bought an item described as NIB. It seems new but it’s been opened. However, a button on it doesn’t work. The looting says I can return within 30 days but I paid ten dollars shipping. Another ten to ship it back and I’m out 20, half the price of the item! How can I not lose that 20 since it’s not my fault the item is defective?
