Dishonest Buyers Abuse Returns

I am having more problems with dishonest buyers.  The lastest buyer is requesting a return based on "just didn't like it".  This after asking us to reduce the price and list the item as a Buy It Now or them.  After clarifing that our return policy clearly states:  Buyers Regreat is not a bais for returns.  They then stated:  They were in a hurry when they said they just didn't like it and really wanted to return the item because our photos made the item look better than it was.  They thought the item was mother of pearl.  Even though the discription states "some type of carved stone".  Of course, they know they can always escalate the case and e-bay will always find against the seller who has done everything right.  If I call for help in appealing the case; I get a person from India who you cannot understand and might as well be a tape recording.  Are others, having this same issue?
