I returned an item on 3-10,-21 the seller received the item on 3-12,-21 according to the Tracking, But haven't refunded me yet. And e-bay closed the case because the seller received the item. I guess that they didn't care if I got my refund. I have tried to connect e-bay, but there is no way to connect them to ask them why they close the case before I get my refund.
