Did not received item with package it suppoce to came

 Hello,

I have not received bracelet I purchased from Seattle Goodwill, in the shipping info it posted as delivered to me, but as a fact I have not get it in this package.  For this shipment I have packing invoice for 7 items  and  bracelet mentioned on the part wthere you can barely read it because ink in this part is super light. And I realized that I have not get this item in a few days after I checked status for my purcase and shipment invoce. I strongly belive that bracelet was missed in the packing prosses because of the quality of printed invoice. 

I tryed to contact to seller and they seemed to be not interested to help me to investigate this isssue. They only gave me information that I have got packege with my order and other items  in it ( bt again - there was no brecelet!).

Please help and advice
