I've always had my eBay account set up to charge payments, via Paypal, to a credit card. Of late there's been a change. When I buy something with "Buy It Now", it still charges to my credit card (via Paypal). But when I buy something via an offer to the seller which the seller accepted, it draws the money directly from my bank account, again via Paypal.
I've looked around and don't see anything which seems set up to work this way, and don't know how to change it. I'm also uncertain if this is something that needs to be fixed on the eBay side or on the Paypal side.
Tried calling eBay customer service, but couldn't reach a person, and my issue is something that I couldn't find on the phone option menu or on the website. So any assistance here is appreciated.

I'm not sure why it's different for the two methods of purchasing, but I can share what I have heard will fix issues with PayPal defaulting to the wrong source. Go to your Payments settings: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list and remove/unlink your PayPal account, then set it up again. It should ask you when you do which cards or accounts you'd like it to default to for payments. Hopefully that fixes this for you!

OK, I tried it. I guess I won't know for sure whether it worked until the next time I buy something through "make offer", but will hope for the best.
Thank you very much for the quick response!
