Deposit went to wrong PayPal account

Our last sale was deposited to the PayPal account of a volunteer who creates our listings. I have checked our account settings and can't figure out how this could possibly happen. (We are a direct seller charity that is not on Managed Payments yet). Any insights???

The email that is entered into the listing determines where the payment goes.
