Delivery Status is still marked as "Shiped"

Hello Friends, 

I have delivered a package recently and buyer got his package. Now on my seller hun, order status is still as" Shiped" Delivery Time frame is passing and order is going to be late delivery status. Although I have requested to customer to marked it as delivered. He acknowledged that he has received the package but I don't know how to Change the order status status? It's from eBay side or from customer's side.

@shoprax   Did you ship with tracking?  The tracking is what shows the item was delivered.    A buyer can not mark an item as delivered.  

Since you are shipping from outside the US you need to use one of these shipping companies or the tracking may not integrate with eBay>

Also it appears that you are drop shipping. Are the items being drop shipped FROM Pakistan?  The ship from Location must be correct on the listing or it's a policy violation.     There are very strict rules about drop shipping and not following them can get your account suspended.   Please see this page>

Neither you nor the buyer can mark the item as received. eBay updates the tracking based on the information USPS sends them.

You're not penalized if the item arrives late. You're penalized if the item is shipped late.
