I'm in danger of losing my TSR because of 4 transaction that I had to cancel in November. My husband was taken to the ICU 60 miles away in a fight for his life. I explained this to each of my customers, and canceled the transactions with their blessing. What kind of recourse do any of you think I might have with eBay to get these defects removed? Thanks! I have been selling for 16 years...100% feedback and always TSR. Haven't had this problem before.
