Dear eBay: please STOP automatically turning on 'best offer'

Dear eBay marketing:

If I want to allow buyers to submit Best Offers, I'll turn it on myself. I do not need, and do not want, you to turn it on for me by default. It is absolutely infuriating to have to turn 'best offer' off every time I relist an item (or in any other case), ESPECIALLY in the Android app, where it appears you've made an attempt to hide the option. It is truly annoying when I miss it and don't catch it until I get an offer. **bleep** ME off, **bleep** the BUYER off. STOP!
