So a buyer is clearly having buyer remorse, first claiming that they already purchased the item from another site and wanted to cancel it, then they claim that their son purchased the item and wanted to cancel after I have already shipped the item out. After receiving the item, buyer says they want to return item because of "damage on arrival", I asked for photos, from then on buyer ghosts me, does not reply to anything. A week later I lose case after buyer returns item. When I tried to go retrieve item from my PO Box, I find nothing. Buyer actually sent item to a different address that is in the same city. USPS provided me with a detailed copy of the tracking and scanning history. I went to the address, no package. I have been trying to get in contact with someone from CS. I have literally only gotten the copy and paste scripts from CS. "Ask your Neighbors", "You have proof that item has no arrived." I am showing them that the tracking history from USPS clearly shows that the tracking number's destination DOES NOT match my return.
