Hey, I bought an item from a longtime eBay seller. The tracking number they supplied me is not valid in the DHL system. I looked at the sellers feedback and there have been at least 2 non received incidents with the exact item purchased.
I have just sent an email to the seller noting this problem. When would be a good time to notify eBay?
