Customer bought an item from me claimed it wasn't working. I received the return and it is working perfectly. I've started an appeal but haven't heard anything back yet. What else can I do?

@kennerb You need to refund the buyer since you have the item back. I know that this is frustrating but that is the way the system works.
If you do not refund the buyer ebay will step in and force the refund and you will get a defect, you do not want that.
