Customer opens PAYPAL case 8 months later

I'm not sure what my options are. I sold an item back in July 2017, today, March 23, 2018 the customer was allowed to open up a not as described case in PAYPAL by disputing the charge with his credit card company. I have no access to the item sale page. If I put in the tracking number to USPS it isn't even recognized as USPS doesn't go back further than 90 days.  Where do I start?
