Hi all,
I (buyer) have a package that seems to be trapped at the Pitney Bowes facility in Monroe Township, NJ. Every support option is directing me to open a case and contact the seller, but as far as I'm aware, once it reaches the Global Shipping center, it is no longer their issue. Does anyone know how to get in touch with a GSP representative?
