What are the new eBay phone support hours? Seems like it is impossible to get a real person from the escalation department.

While I realize that this is an older post, it does get quite a bit of traffic, so I wanted to post an update.

Contacting eBay customer service

The best way to get in touch with eBay customer service is through our Help pages. You can search or browse for information related to your issue. If you can’t find the information you need in one of our articles, scroll to the bottom of the article and select a contact channel that suits you best. 

If you’re using our iOS app, select My eBay and then select Help. If you’re using our Android app, you’ll find Help by selecting the menu in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
