Crime on Ebay and how to report! SCAMs! Where to report !!!

I was recently ripped off when buying an electronic product out of the back of a van. Stupid me, it was too good to believe. I found the same item being sold on Ebay and posted my own ad ... telling people it was a fake product. I also advised the sellers I saw selling them and most of them took their ads down.

This morning I went further and looked at one of the sellers who did not take their ad down, and noticed they were also selling the other product I was offered. I am certain that it too, is a fake product. I also noticed this seller had bad reviews for selling noridtraks and never delivering the product ... and apparently an issue with paypal NOT offering to rectify.

So the obvious question is how can, or anyone report these crimes so that the Ebay community is not scammed by what is probably well known by law enforcement already?

Seems like something all honest people would want a handle on.
