Creating a listing for a toy gun, removed?

I made a listing for a "Malcolm Reynolds Metal-plated Pistol Prop Replica" and it was removed.  I recieved this message:

We understand that you may not have been aware of this policy or that this may have been an oversight, so we're including some policy information to help you with your future listings. We also had to take the following actions:
- Listings that didn't follow eBay guidelines have been removed. A list of removed items is available further down in this email.
- We have credited all associated fees except for the final value fee for your listing(s).

Due to numerous laws restricting the sale of weapons, listings of firearms aren't allowed on eBay. There are also restrictions regarding the sale of replica firearms.

You may offer replica, toy, or other imitation firearms as long as your listing complies with the following guidelines:

- The item has a blaze orange marking or a blaze orange barrel plug permanently attached to it. 
- The item can't be converted to shoot a lethal projectile.
- Any pictures in your listing need to show the actual item for sale and not a stock photo.
- Your pictures need to show your item as a whole, not just a portion or a close up of the item. For example, if you list a toy gun, your photos need to show the entire toy gun, not just the tip. 
- The item, seller and buyer are located in the United States.
- The item is shipped only within the United States.

You can list paintball guns without a blaze-orange marking if:
- The items are listed in the Sporting Goods > Outdoor Sports > Paintball categories
- The items can shoot only paintballs. 
- The listing must describe the item as a paintball gun and not as a firearm. 
- The item, seller, and buyer must be located in the United States.
- The item is shipped only within the United States.

Firearms which are made to resemble the real thing (in most cases almost identically including toys) are strictly prohibited on site due to concerns over their misuse. Here are the listings that were removed:

And I see several of the same exact item on eBay, that don't meet this criteria.  Also, the item is new in box, and I don't wish to remove it, depreciating its value.  Any help on getting this listed?
