Creating a default "returns accepted" return polic?

Hi folks.  I cannot find it anywhere, so I thought to ask you.  Can I create a default "returns accepted" policy in my listings so I do not always have to choose that option?  When I do it, it rolls the screen away from the "continue" button and just slows me down enough to where it's frustrating.  Takes extra time.  I always accept returns so want that to be defaulted to "accepts returns".  Can this be done?  Any thoughts?  Thanks!!
