Hi i received an offer on ebay just want to undersstand because ii listed my item for dree shipping however on the offer it says amount plus shipping does that mean costumer is offering low plus they will pay shipping am i understanding it right or i still have to pay shipping hope someone can help

Well, if its listed with free shipping, that doesn't matter.  You are paying for shipping regardless.

You need to look at the offer as a total amount despite what was said, and decide if its worth the item and the shipping and the fees that eBay collects.  If its not, decline or counter offer at a price you feel more comfortable at.

Some buyers try to low ball sellers hoping they will cave in and sell the item lower than they want.
