Contacting customer service ebay

How to directly contact customer service. eBay au say you can call, chat or email, but when I go to contact I keep getting redirected through a loop telling me to contact the seller, or other options. 

I just simply need to contact eBay because I can’t resolve my issue with a seller

There is currently a glitch when you search, bringing you over here.

In the future, use the SHOP BY CATEGORY on the left side of the screen, or type
in your KEYWORDS and then use the SEARCH on the right side.
