Consumer Priority Service, it this company ligit, scam, or a headache?

Greetings,

I just made a purchase last night for a refrubished cell phone. This morning I received an email from "Consumer Priority Service" to purchase an extended 1 or 2 year warranty. Now I do like the idea of having the extra long warranty but I alraedy checked SquareTrade and they said they don't accept a used phone from a non-cell phone company.

Any thoughts on if this is a safe company?
