Computer return

My grandson bought a gaming PC using all his birthday money. Computer arrived, late. It was packaged fairly well. In other words it was snug in its box. Problem is, IT IS COOKED! It does not work at all!! Won't allow you to get passed windows logo before crashing. Seller has listed no returns! I've taken it to 2 reputable computer shops, paying over $300.00 for them to tell me graphics card is cooked. System damaged. I've contacted seller with no help of resolution. How do I go about getting my money back? I've now invested $600.00 into it!

Computer return

You have 30 days from receipt to return it for a refund. The seller’s return policy does not apply to items that are not as described.

Go to your purchase history - select return this item.  Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.

The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund.  If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.

You should have not done anything but opened a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED defective, which overrides no-returns.  Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.

You will only get you original purchase price back.  There is not reputable computer shop that would charge that much to easily tell the graphics card is bad.
