Ebay with it's robust business is not providing proper business communication to handle business issues that
make the company in existence. Agents do not understand thru typing and and miss the point. deadline delays occur
Different agents. During COVID the phones should be answered working from home..... I can imagine the confusion thru chat....people need to explain by mouth. The chat interface become frozen and does not allow the other person on the end to type and NOTHING gets done.....Chat is poor when doing business.
