Combining shipping for item with two different auction ending dates without getting dinged.

Hi there, 

I was wondering how to handle two sales - an auction was won by a bidder and the bidder has a bid on another item that ends three days later. Normal shipping time is 2 business days. How do I handle this without being dinged on my seller ratings?
