Closing a creating account - need to use same e-mail adress

Hello,

I'm registered on ebay.com, but want to register on ebay.ie. Is it possible to use the following procedure described below? I need to use the same e-mal for new registration, but previously used for first registration...

For example:

- same email = same@email.com

- temporary email = temp@email.com

List of intended steps:

1. change same@email.com onto temp@mail.com on ebay.com

2. closing account on ebay.com (waiting for confirmation of successfuly closed accoud from ebay...)

3. registering new account on ebay.ie using same@email.com

Will be possible/allowed to do that? Ebay FAQ says that "No, you can't reopen your account with the same username or email address, but you can create a new account."

But... Can I create new account using previously closed account e-mail (when simply close the account without changing e-mail adress like described above)?
