Chat with an agent not working right

I am hearing impaired & tried the chat for help. They only give the option to have them call me and my caption app only works on outgoing calls. Incoming calls don't work. I tried fixing that but even the tech suppoerrt could not fix it so I have to rely on being able to chat or call someone. I use to be able to chat with an agent but it appears they got rid of that. It really stinks. I can't hear on the phone. It's not fair to us hearing impaired people.  If they call me I won't be able to hear them. Please fix this?

First, please feel free to ask your question(s) here.  We are volunteer Buyers and Sellers who help members with many issues.  If the problem is on an account level however we have no access to accounts.

This Member needs a chat option to connect with eBay but appears to only or usually gets the Request a call back link.  Is there an alternative that they might be able to use?
