Charged my bank more than it cost.

I ordered a gun cabinet and i really like it. The sale price was $138.43 free shipping. It was delivered fast, and it is excellent quality. ..But $151 was charged, and withdrawn from my account. .. I would have paid that for it, I just don't like the idea of it being taken from me. I've made two attempts to contact the seller to find out why. I went back over the ad, and found no place where sales tax or any other additional expense was warranted. I've never had this happen before. Not sure what to do with it.
