Changing the tracking number

I made a mistake on the size of my package being shipped and paid for a new shipping label and tracking number. When this happens, is there any way to change it in the system so the buyer can track it like usual?

Yes, there are 2 things you should do.

Void the label purchased through eBay to get a refund -

1. Go to Manage shipping labels - opens in new window or tab.
2. Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Void Label.
3. Choose your reason for voiding the label.
4. Select Send request.

Then go to your sold items and select add/edit tracking from the action menu next to the item, and enter the correct tracking#.
