Changing payment option for 'Make Offer'

I noticed that Ebay has made 'Make Offer' a commitment to buy and they pick whatever credit card is in one's wallet to automatically make payment if the offer is accepted. Personally I'd prefer to manually approve such charges. In lieu of that, can I change this to PayPal which is my preferred payment option?

You're shown your default payment method, but you have the option to change it every time you make an offer.
