Changing handling time on bulk editor

I cannot find the option to change handling time on all my listings. I went to bulk editor and selected all, but not of the drop down choices address handling time.  It's not even under "Shipping Policy".

Select the items, click edit at the top.  Select items again, open the bulk edit pull down menu at the top, and scroll down to Delivery > Handling Time.
