Changing Store Name

We have been selling on eBay for a while and reached the point where we felt like it was time to set up a store. In the setup process, the first name we entered for a store name got a warning that it was already in use. The second name we chose "Denise's Pieces"  did not get a warning so we went on with the setup. Later when we search for our new store however we found that there was one almost the same. So, we went to "Manage Your Store" and under "Edit Store" edited the name to our third choice which was "Picking Peacock".  Problem is that now when we search stores, Picking Peacock is not found. However, Denise's Pieces was and when we click on it it goes to our store now named Picking Peacock on the screen. I called eBay and tried to explain what the issue was, however, the young lady did not seem to get what the problem was and kept directed me through the Manage Your Store process to change the name again. 

Is there someplace I can go besides Manage Store/Edit Store Name and correct original setup information so that the search stores will find the Picking Peacock ?
