Category Limits -- Reached, and never able to list again?

So I recently reached a category limit for listing some Car Audio electronics. I sold one item last month, and reached my limit...

It's now the first of the next month, and according to the automated system, and all info I can find, I should be able to list AT LEAST 1 more item... However I still cannot.

Is there anything I can do...? So far I have had no negative reviews, no eBay-guarantee-claims and have sold close to 10 items.

I have tried calling eBay to "Discuss my selling goals" and to confirm with them that I intend to keep getting good reviews and keep selling long-term as a side-business, and hopefully in the future, as a complete business.
