Case resolution question...

The seller and I had a dispute and I asked eBay to step in. They decided in my favor, for a full refund, and I shipped the item back. Now it appears the seller is not accepting the return package. He hasn't refused delivery, just ignoring the notice that USPS left - stating delivery was attempted. I've been trying to figure out how to update the case and inform eBay but I can't find any way of doing that. eBay waits until delivery is confirmed to proceed with the case, so I don't know what to do now except ask the community.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, you will have to call customer service and have them look at the tracking and issue the refund.
