Does a case automatically get opened if a seller doesn’t upload tracking info? I purchased an item Friday and the next day a case was opened on my behalf requesting a tracking number. Then the seller uploaded an old tracking number showing an item delivered. 0 feedback seller and the item I bought was well below market. Is this how fraudsters operate?
in addition I’ve received three emails from customerhelp_ca@ebay.com with chat transcripts attached. I don’t dare open the attachment.
