Card authentication says my card is not authentic

Ebay says the Pokémon card we sent them is not authentic.  I watched my 12 year old son pull the card out of the pack that I bought for him with MY OWN EYES.  **bleep**????

@ithatel33   I am so sorry that happened.  Sometimes the authenticators do make a mistake.  Unfortunately there is no way to dispute it.   You will just have to sell the card elsewhere.
