Cannot upload invoice image

Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble uploading my Logo. It is the required 310x90 and jpg. I will see the logo on the preview page sometimes and then when I go to save it, I get an error message.
You must upload a custom logo before you can use it to customize Checkout and Invoices. |
I cleared my Cache as suggested on other pages but still nothing. I am using Chrome for windows. Also, my logo did save on my about me page but not on my invoice.
Any help would be appreciated.
