Since the messages change, I am unable to read my messages except for the last line or two. Reported it a month ago and several times since and no help.

Are you clicking on the individual message summary to get the entire message to be displayed in the leftmost pane of the message inbox page?
If you have your messages forwarded to your email, you should be able to read messages from members in your email.

Yes, I am getting them in my email but not in the messages as I have for over 20 years. This new messages section is a disaster.

If you are still unable to read your eBay messages, try another browser to rule out a browser issue.
I am not having any problems reading entire messages.
