Cannot print shipping labels from phone or computer!

Multiple problems. My phone says not linked to paypal but it is. I can pay for purchases like before, no issuses except for shipping.

If I try with my computer it chops my labels off. I have over 4 hrs into this with no luck and alot of wasted paper and ink.  And to make it worse it was supoosed to be 1min wait time for a call to ebay.  So far now on hold for over 1/2 hr! Im so sick of EBAY!
