Cannot print return label

The item I received was not the item pictured in the listing. I requested a return. Seller agreed and said he sent return label. I got an email about it, but am unable to print the label . I’ve tried on 3 different computers. It keeps going back to return screen. Now it says the return is closed. How do I get the return label? The seller says it’s my problem and won’t send it again. Haven’t been able to get answer from EBAY. He wants the item back.

Did you open a Return Request?  For item not as described If you receive an item that was not described accurately, you have eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

Open a Return Request to the right of the item on your purchase history and indicate the reason the item is not described accurately. You will need to include a photo.The seller has three full days to issue a prepaid return shipping label, ( if he wants the item back) or a refund in full. If there is no response from the seller by day 4, return to the case details on your Purchase History under Cancelled Invoices and click on Ask eBay To Step In

Did you get a refund?

Did you accidentally close the return or let it expire?
