Cannot print a shipping label.

I recently cannot print any shipping labels from the Ebay.com site.

I accidentally cancelled the Ebay Shipping Inc. agreement at Paypal but I now see that it is again "active" at Paypal -- as are all my other Ebay agreements -- but I still cannot print a label from Ebay.

I have been on the phone with Ebay for over 2 hours and no one -- either at Paypal or Ebay -- has been able to fix the problem.

Here is the message that I receive, after I fill out all the shipping information and click on the final  "purchase postage" button (and I have updated all & tried switching back & forth all 3 of my payment options / funding sources -- Paypal balance / checking account / creidt card ...  in an attempt to make this message go away & nothing has worked):

            We're having trouble printing your label.
