Hello, I am Stefano from Rome in Italy, long time Ebayer. I bought three items from a seller
but at the moment to pay I discovered that it was impossible because there must be some geographic limitations
on the items. I wrote the seller 3 or 4 times asking either to make an exception and make me go through with the purchases,
or cancel them, offering to pay any possible fees that he may be charged for the cancellation. I got no answer, complete
silence, and now he has opened 3 unpaid item cases against me. Is there any way to inform Ebay of this particular situation and
ask them to contact the seller on my behalf, since he does not respond to me? Thanks in advance for any help. Regards Stefano
