Cannot edit my storefront after eBay simply stretched my LOGO & chose their own color background!!!

Anyone else have this problem?  I have called eBay Customer Service four times and the only answer is "there must be a glitch".  The GLITCH is with eBay.  I am once again calling their IT people to try to resolve the issue.  I am a long time seller and eBay does not really care about this at all!!!
