Cannot add a second category. Is it because I am a new seller?

Cannot add a second category at any time during listing or revising. Is this a limitation put upon me because I am a new seller? It does not show "add a second category" even when I having revised the first (and only) category.

No, it's not because you're new; ebay will gladly take anybody's money for the extra fees associated with adding a second category.

The option to list in two categories is one of the many options that are available only when using the "Advanced," not Quick, version of the listing form. The link to switch between them is in the upper-right corner of each form.
