Cannot Upload/Change Images in my eBay Guide(s)

Since the Half.com days (years now), I have been unable to upload new or change existing images in my seller Guide. As of today, I still cannot.

The spinning wheel icon spins "forever" but never stops. Even after logging out, clearing browser cache/memory (even using a different browser), shutting down the computer, and logging back in, the icon still spins (and "uploading..." with it). I even tried creating a new guide but the same thing happens.

And because it's trying to upload "forever," I cannot edit my text because it says that I must have an image to edit! So now I am unable to edit my Guide at all!

Does anyone know what could be the problem with uploading images to my Guide?

Also (on an unrelated note): Why does the Guide edit offer links, but then eBay says I cannot have links in my guide? Contradictory.
